About Us
Charlotte Carrington Candles is a UK-based small business creating hand-poured candles inspired by music, atmosphere and storytelling.
Products
As all candles are hand-poured, slight variations in colour, finish and appearance may occur. These natural variations do not affect the quality or performance of the product.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate, though minor differences may occur depending on screen settings and lighting.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and seasonal demand.
Charlotte Carrington Candles is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping is despatched by Royal Mail 2nd class at a cost of £3.95 for orders up to a total basket value of £50.00. Orders with a basket value in excess of £50.00 qualify for free Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping.
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your candle. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@charlottecarringtoncandles.co.uk
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned unless faulty.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Candle Safety
Candles should always be burned responsibly.
Please:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials
- Burn on a heat-resistant surface
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Stop use when approximately 1cm of wax remains
Full candle care instructions are provided with each order.
